Annual Monitor
Tracking the Evolution of Peace Agreements Worldwide
Each year, our Annual Monitor evaluates the state of peace processes worldwide through a structured analytical framework. We assess how agreements are designed and governed, and whether they translate into real reductions in violence and improvements in civilian security. By combining field-based research with comparative analysis, we provide a clear picture of which peace efforts are holding, which are fraying, and the broader patterns shaping their sustainability. The Annual Monitor reflects PAM’s Peace Architecture and Impact methodology, integrating governance analysis with evidence from the ground.
